Well I am in Urumqi the capital of Xinjiang province. It is a little bigger then where I was last time with a population of 2 million It is a beautiful city with many historical landmarks. The city is located about 200 miles from the end of the great wall, which I hope to see in the spring.

I am living with a Chinese family on the out-skirts of the city and am meeting with a group of 20 pastors and a group of 30 teachers. The temperature has not risen above zero since I have been here and probably will not till April.

Today I will have the opportunity to watch the Super Bowl, one of the members has satellite TV and we are going to have am American Super Bowl Party. I will be cooking Buffalo wings and spare ribs for a group of about 30, it should be a lot of fun. The folks here have never seen a Super Bowl before and are very interested in seeing what all the fuss is about.

I told them about Heath Evans, a graduate of Kings Academy, who is a strong Christian and has been leading the Patriots in prayer and is the spiritual leader of the club. He was awarded the outstanding Christian of the NFL this year, and presented every member of the patriots with a Bible with their name on it, celebrating the 16 – 0 season. Tom Brady has been influenced greatly by Heath, pray for his salvation.
